New Daystate Revere

My new Revere in .177 is very impressive accuracy-wise.

CyberDyneSystems. With AOA the We the plinkers version how is the 3 x 10 scope that comes with it and is the stock reasonably good? I got an email from customer service saying that the deal will last the month and I am trying to decide whether to pull the trigger on a .177 for HFT, I realize that 3 x 10 is not ifeal and may need to be replaced in the future.

The Stock is fine, but I did not win the "stock lottery" and get anything REALLY gorgeous. It's VERY well made, but mine stated a particularly low key uninteresting walnut blank.

The scope, well, I'm not sure why I gave MTC another go, my last one (Viper tactical?) was optically one of the worst scopes I've ever looked through. This one is a little better, but seriously, MTC just does not have good glass. It's a real bummer, because ergonomically, the MTX are laid out about as good or better than anything I've used. I LOVE their flip up magnetic caps, the side focus and turrets are good for the price., the zoom wheel feels great. This 3-10x has all those featuires just like the much more pricey one I have,. BUT the optics just aren't great. I've got a used $99.00 new UTG that is clearer. I'm not kidding.

I'm going to swap it for a 3-16 or 4-20, Meopta5.

I've got this in 25. Regulated. Loaned it out and guy shot it below reg pressure. Returned it and didn't say a thing. Looked and found it empty weeks later. Luckily enough I knew what he did. Cocked it and refilled the empty gun quickly.

He shot it below reg pressure too many times. Lucky enough gun was fine and I dont blame him but thought he knew more about airguns than he did, given he was a youtu.be enthusiast. All about views and videos and less about this sort of thing. Whatever..

The 25 is very loud. Other than that, you don't get much more than a magazine before you need a refill and I have not chronographed it yet (shockingly) but think its about a 40ft lb gun

Wow! Just got a chance to shoot my new Daystate Revere @50 yds today. If it was a bit heavier I would say it shoots as well as my Red Wolf it just seems to be a bit more easily jiggled on styx but 4 shot groups @3/8” with a 5th opening the group a bit. Pretty amazing I think for a hunting rifle
To we were out shooting in Oklahoma City Gun club shooting hunter field target class. We had 22 shooters out and the Daystate Huntsman Revere Safari had its maiden vogue. The Revere operated and shot flawlessly today. I am loving this new stock configuration with the adjustable cheek riser and the fatter forend. The Huntsman Revere helped me pull of a awesome victory today shooting a 57 out of 60! I definitely need to practice my standers more being 2 out of my 3 misses. I could not be happier with the Daystate Huntsman Revere Safari in .177.

Is Daystate putting a Poly barrel in the .177? I’ll probably order one if they do.
