New Daystate Revere

Still breaking it in and trying to see which pellets it likes best. So far my best group has been with 18.1 JTS. The picture is an 11 round group at about 60 yards. I love the size of it. It will definitely make a great gun to walk around on the farm with. Unfortunately it looks like the cold is getting ready to set in for awhile. I've got a window picked out to try shooting out of if the wife allows it.

I've got one just like it, and it's a favorite. With high power and the tactical look running the the market, there are not many classic sporters left, a shame. I cringe every time I hear about someone wanting to take a Revere or an HW100 and wanting to make it a high power 150+ yard rifle. We can't seem to leave well enough alone. Great rifle, enjoy.

My plan is to leave it the way it came. If I find the right pellets and know all my holdovers, it should be a super reliable backyard pesting gun. I just need to resist the urge to tinker!

I had originally ordered a non regulated in .25 , but after advice from several members here I changed it to a regulated .22. AOA had no problem changing it after I contacted them and definitely earned some of my future business.
I got the same advice but already was set up according to AoA and didn’t cancel.
I did successfully add regulator and bottom gauge for much less than the regulated gun.

Am I supposed to know every pellets weight with appropriate caliber?
jeeze wise guy
Was not being a “wise guy” I thought I was answering your question…🙏 I did not assume anything about you “supposing” anything. I thought I was helping and apologize to you if you felt otherwise…🙏

Congrats again. If you haven't tried it yet, shoot some JSB 15.89gr or the equivalent (FX 16gr., Air Arms 16gr.). They do better than the 18.13gr at 50 yards with my Regal. Others reported better accuracy as well. I would also try the other offerings from JTS 16.08gr. and AEA 15.9gr. That's a nice group at 60 yards with the JTS 18gr though.

Congrats and great shooting. Looks like one you should never get rid of.
