NEW DNT ZULUS vs. OLD ARKEN ZULUS ...New Firmware Update with Improvements.

I really wish there was a way to adjust the range finder!

Shooting on my lower powered Leshiy classic and the cross hairs are all the way near the bottom of the screen. This sadly puts the range finder cross hairs way up at the top. Would be nice to see some small set screws to adjust where the laser is hitting, and then get rid of the crosshairs on the screen. The blinking laser is easy enough to see.

I was thinking of trying an aluminum can "shim" between the rear of the pic rail and scope mount. Trying to point the scope down without buying the 35 moa mount and spending more money. Try to get the laser reticle as close as possible to center of screen then re-zero the scope.

Mine is OK at 10 power, way above center but usable. 17.5 power it's barely visible.

Did you ever try this? Would guess you need the eagle adjustable mount to move the scope left and right too even if you shimmed it up and down perfectly. This would be awesome if it works. Adjust the laser range finder to the middle then move the scope cross hair to it for zero. Would zooming affect the laser/point of aim?

Spell check killed you here --

I bought both my zulus direct from DNT. DNT15 coupon code.

Laser icon is fixed as far as I know. can't move it unless move entire scope. I never did the aluminum can thing, doesn't bother me much anymore.

Hi I'm very sorry if this is off topic but wondered if anyone could help me, I did a firmware upgrade on my arken zulus 5_20 lrf this morning and now when I go into the balistics settings on the scope it the calculator is tuned of and no matter which buttons I press It just won't turn on it just stays blue in the off position
Many thanks
Ian
When you go into the menu go into the Ballistic Options use the left or right keys to scroll to the top option Ballistic Calculation, once that's highlighted blue hit the up/record button to select it. This will set them and activate them, if this still doesn't work for you send me a PM and we can try a few things.

Hi brawler
Many thanks for your help, I have now got it working after finding a YouTube video, the problem was me, as I thought it would be, I upgraded the scope firmware and in the ballistic options I thought that where it says OFF that I somehow had to make that change to say ON before the calculator would be active, I didn't realise that what ever was highlighted in blue was actually active, so I kept scrolling to the off and pressing buttons to change it and it obviously just kept flicking back to the menu screen😂 it was driving me nuts
Thanks again
Ian
