FX New gun discharges air in my face on 7th shot

Doesn't make any sense unless the valve body was seated and its turned I'm sure the front bring went on the valve doesn't explain the puff of air to the face unless that bring also failed. Try cocking and seating the valve fast with a scuba tank

My drs takes a lot to get it to seat and seal starts to seal around 1000 psi

That a very light slug. Chances are slim that the projectile got stuck, but not impossible.

I doubt it, they are very consistent on their sizing, from my inspections .0001", if one goes through they all will. And before you ask, yes I can measure down to half of that accurately, did for 35 years. The FX hybrids are made by RMR.

Air escaping from the hammer chamber vents could blow air near your face. I'm ruling out the breech o-ring since he mentioned it's not holding air. Sounds like a valve issue.

It sounds like it may be the small O-Ring on the screw that seals the drilled hole for factory access inside the block. You know, the small screw at the rear of the top of the grip.
