Always one of my favorites, however, there are set parameters for this. 25 and 30 cal. Tactical design, this gun is for my friend who lost coordination in his left arm from a stroke. He can operate tactical style guns with the cocking lever forward. He also does better with lighter stocks . My taipan will not work for a multitude of reasons, lol. So I see these, feel free to add any I may have missed. 
FX Impact - cost , frequent maintenance 

RTI prophet- lever on wrong side and not reversable 

FX maverick- better price but similar FX issue 

AAA Evol - great , but cost. 
Airmaks katran long or xp- length could be an issue. 
cricket 2 tactical- eyeballing this one hard

LCS - 19 - supposed to be great , but a bitch to work on ( so I'm told )

not interested in the economic guns , kral, hatsan 

NOTE - I should have clarified that the interest is high power 25 cal , looking for 55 FPE ballpark. and / 30 cal

I will be the one servicing this gun so high reliability and simple maintenance is desired. So , let me know which I missed, I know there are plenty. Thanks 
 
Have you considered EDgun R5M/Lelya? They have forward cocking levers that can be accessed from either side. Maintenance is fairly simple and they are built to last. A wealth of posts and maintenance videos are available to assist you with any problems or issue specific to the R5M build that are unfamiliar if it’s new to you. The weight and bullpup style may be a drawback, but the R5Ms are accurate and designed to perform. A synthetic stock can be added to lighten them up some of you can find one. The magazine storage system built into the underside of the pic rail makes for easy reloading and storage and can be manipulated using one hand with practice. I own a Lelya so I’m not sure if this remains consistent for other iterations of this platform, but the Lelya is balanced very well for shooting offhand. Just some ideas to consider. Sounds like you’re doing a good thing. Good luck.

The Cricket II Tactical may be a great choice - It is a fine gun. But you also mention that a lighter stock is better, and the C2T is pretty darned heavy.

The Katran you mention would be much lighter. I have found that they aren't really too efficient with air use, and since there isn't a weight penalty I would definitely go with a bottle model. I had a Katran L and it did seem like a pretty long gun (fine on the bench though). And with its 520mm barrel in .25 cal I could get away shooting it in my back yard without any additional moderator. The Katran HP seems to me that it would be just too long, to the point of unwieldy. So if it was me I would look at the Katran B or the Katran LB.

You are set on .25 or .30 cal, but if you weren't I would also highly recommend the Vixen Long. Light weight, accurate, great trigger and just such a pleasant gun to shoot.

Had an R5M , that slide lever design hurt my fingers after 40 or so shots. not a pleasant experience. Great guns , but not for me. Stocks also don't work.

Already have the Katran standard in 25 cal. Would have already got the vixen if it was in 25 cal.

zbroia kozak ( also fully compact model available in the kozak fc ) 

zbroia hortitsia ( different barrel lengths available not a tactical stock,, but the straight pull bolt , in a shorter offering ,might work.. )

Huban k-1 ( no cocking lever at all ) hammerless pneumatic 

I chose these for there size, quality , reliability , accuracy , and price hope this helps .

From a 3rd story bed I (a firearm competitor) was introduced to PCP’s and shot a Prod and read all available info (yellow ) No matter the disability, there is always a way. Lighter materials, arm braces, and outside the box thinking can make anything possible. From your parameters I too would recommend the Edgun Leyla in 25. The airgun smiths, engineers, professional shooters, and outside-the-box thinkers are all here on this forum.

+1 on everything said here. As I sit here off work with a torn up shoulder feeling down I'm reminded how God given blessed I am. Bertman you have added a little light to a gloomy world!!

And to address the OP I just got a new Uragan and think it deserves consideration for what you're looking for. Cocking from either side, easy to operate magazine system, and just all around solid gun.
