New Guy Vendor inquiry

New guy here. I am dipping my toes into this hobby and I think i will pick up the AEA challenger Bull pup, 30 caliber - 32" barrel. Just wondering if anyone is familiar with this online vendor. https://aeaprecisionairguns.com/products/copia-de-challenger-bullpup - The Bullpup with the 32" seems to be listed about $90 less than anywhere else. Even the 24" is about $50 less. Other items seems to be priced about right.
Thanks

I would not try to buy anything from them because there is zero verifiable information about the company. It is just an anonymous website. Buyer Beware!

Why .30 ?? thats a coyote gun . You have lot of Coyote's ?
I like that caliber. Less affected by wind than my 25s. I have a Dynamic in 30 already, I was just looking for something less expensive in a high fpe 30 for my kid that was less expensive than another FX. I ended up ordering a Hatsan Factor BP for him in .30. It will be here tomorrow.

If I were going to but an AEA I would buy from Bin Tac: https://www.bintacllc.com/
They know the in and outs of the AEA line and can work on them. As long as you stay away from AEA semi automatics
You should be okay.
After looking around on the forum some I saw a few too many AEA issues for comfort anyway, so I decided to go the Hatsan route for him.

I would avoid the 32” .30 cal model as those were extremely hard to cock. They are also currently discontinued. The pulling force on it was ridiculous and boarder line unusable. We actually went as far as to call the customers and warn them about the cocking force after the purchase and before we sent it out.

The earlier AEA models had some issues but the later stuff works really well. The semi auto models are a bit more touchy then the bolt/side lever models. They required specific pellets/pressures. As long as you were within operating specs and kept up with the lubrication the gun didn’t really give you issues. Over all the AEA stuff is a real good bang for the buck.
