New GX CS2 - Rust in air hose?

Just revived my compressor from Amazon.

Unboxed it and put it on my workbench. Unscrewed the airline to place the moisture filter and noticed this (see photo) in the air hose connections.

Wanted to get your thoughts as I'm new to this sport.

Not acceptable in any way, shape or form. Notify Amazon, that's not new. WM

I agree, that is a PREVIOUSLY USED hose. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Looks like that hose/compressor/maybe both, were a returned item!
