New here

Hi everyone, I've been lurking for a while but ordered my first pcp a couple days ago so figured I'd go ahead and register.
I'm still waiting for everything to come in but here's what's on the way:
Avenge-X bullpup (tube version) .25 cal,
Sumo moderator from DonnyFl,
Crimson Trace Hardline Pro 4-16x50,
GX CS3 compressor from the zon.

I've got a decent piece of wooded land loaded with critters so I'm in this for hunting more than anything else (anything from squirrels to hogs). Was really looking for something that could do 100+ ftlbs with a slug, sub-moa, and still be good for 30ish+ shots on a fill. As powerful and convenient as a supressed, subsonic 22lr, but quieter, was the goal.
After I saw complaints about QC problems with the RTI Mora, I was about convinced to go for the AGT Vulcan 3 HP in .30 cal, per the "buy once cry once" philosophy but then couldn't get a dealer on the phone to answer some questions I had before spending that kind of money on my first gun of this type (before accessories). So I decided to lower my standards and start with the cheaper, less powerful option, and plan to get something higher end later if I like the pcp as much as I'm hoping I will.

Curious to hear thoughts on the setup and any advice on upgrades for the avenge-x. I figure the bottle conversion is an obvious one if I like the gun. But how about power upgrades? I've seen a thread about a power plenum, but haven't found where a person might buy such a thing.

Welcome - always good to work your way up the ladder

AS others have /will advise , be prepared to open up your wallet / or load up the CC ! I still stick w/ .22 caliber & have six in rotation for pesting / target work. I never spent $$$$ for ANY powder gun, rifle or handgun , and I've had some nice ones ! YET , I have an airgun now that did & another coming soon that did but
was discounted ! My shooting / hunting has changed drastically since retirement and health issues and airguns have stepped up to keep me "in the game".
Good luck & have fun !
