new jsb .22 cal pellets 25 grains

Seth if you take a look at the photo(page 1) the monster .22 is the middle pellet. Far right is the new and not yet named pellet.I took that from Matt's video. It's not yet on Jsb's web site or listed anywhere for sale. Hardair magazine mention it on there run down of IWA on there web site and Matt Dubber on his video's. That is the only evidence that it's on the way that I've seen.

why do people keep calling the new pellets monster??? the new pellets are not monster pellets.

you dont know till you try. but the bc of these pellets is amazing and will keep up with even the 30 cal for wind drift. isint that amazing.!

Anyone know when / where they'll be available? Gonna need a pretty powerful .22 to shoot these.

the jumbo beast is rated at 33.96 grains. the jumbo monster is 25.39 grains. my question is would the FX independence in .22 be able to hurl the beasts i know that you would have to use the loading tray instead of the mag.

I doubt the FX independence is going to be able push the 34 gr pellet fast enough for it to be stable and accurate in it's stock version. I have a Royale 200 in .22 and it has the same action. You would have to really crank up both the regulator and hammer spring tension (maybe even replace the hammer spring with a stiffer one). And still, the Royale action may just not be powerful enough. 34 grains is incredibly heavy for a .22!! If you give it a try, let us know how it goes, I'd be interested.

Not sure. The Royale line became regulated about a year ago. I just assumed the Independence would be as well. Just check and it appears it does not have one.

He sort of did win with this pellet. Only the .25 cal version which is a great pellet with a bc of around .05 They are the JSB King Heavy's
It's was a major contributor to his success.
I hope this .22 version will be as good.
Matt did not sound as hopeful for it in his last video
warning against buying to many at this stage.

Yeah, I'm hoping Martin will build a .22 rifle (BMx or HM 1000x) around this pellet the way he's building the HM 1000x in .25 around the MK2 pellet. I would be a good long range rifle and one could use it for unlimited class in BR competition.

Wow, they redesigned the .177 monsters as well. Hope they shoot as good as the older version does out of my RAW TM 1000. The more I shoot, the more I get how important good pellets are, and good pellets that are optimal for your particular barrel.
