Once this Tuxing branded compressor starts to fail I have no doubt DonnyFL will do whatever they can to make it right for those who paid extra to buy from them rather than Tuxing direct. Eventually they will get tired of it BUT if it gets out of warranty..I'm guessing a year..they will have made a profit. Now comes Big Foot or some other name. Given how Tuxing makes the rounds in this tight knit community of PCP vendors, who will be next to offer the Tuxing rebranded items? Other than the name it would be a stretch to think some proprietary alteration from China would have been made here to extend it's life. I own a Tuxing and for the money it's worth the chance for me....understanding my TXEDT032 will fail and hopefully parts can be obtained.

Let's see a picture of the crankshaft/piston connection please. To evidence the claim of upgraded internals. Who manufactures these?

Looks suspiciously like the dreaded Nomad II.
Same controls in the same places, same gauge in the same place and the same cartridge style moisture filter.
My guess is it wont last a day longer than one could expect a Nomad to last.
It is a game. Bring out an air cooled compressor, change the shape, change the color and spew the same nonsense and people keep buying the same thing expecting or hoping for different results. The absolute definition of insanity.
I bit once and am now planning on a Coltri. Done messing with the toy compressors. For the cost of three Nomads that will last about 1.5 years combined, if you are fortunate, you can have a Coltri/Daystate or other similar compressor that will last at least 6 times that long, maybe longer if cared for properly.
