So did you mount your picatinny rail yet?

Nah not yet. Had another issue with the reg. But I bought the same one you have. I think I might have mentioned it in your thread, but for those buying Magpul stuff, the threading is 10-24. I think I settled on 3/4" length. In the next week or two I'll try.

I did not get a cheek rest for mine but Brian did install a picatinny rail on the forearm very inexpensively.

Congrats ! Very nice. I have a R5M Long in 25 and its one of my favorites. Gonna need a lot of pellets. Mine likes the mk2’s

That stock is so nice. Yeah drilling into wood should be easier since there are fin supports for structural rigidity in the synthetic stock. I really don't want to screw it up. An off center rail would drive me nuts.

Thanks. Yeah it's been hoovering pellets. I've had good success with both 25.4 gr JSB's and the 34 gr FX's.
