hello i just got my New Notos today from the ups from Amazon.. 2/11/2025.. hooked up my new PCP pump wont fill out of the red.. there is Air come out around this part of the gun yes the degass is tight..

I had mine do that too. The o- ring is kinda wonky.
I took it off and flipped it over because that side looked fine. Actually worked. Order more but 2 months later holds pressure fine.
Look closely at o-ring.

an it wont even fill at all... it wont go in the green.. so can i leave the fill nipple inside the fill port or dose it need to come out.. an i need to twist the cap to close it off becuse went i taske the house off the fill nipple.. it leaks out of there to,,

Return it for refund or replacement. If we keep fixing their junk they will keep on send them to us.

Doing the research for the best price on the guns we are looking for is not always the best way to go about making the purchase. We gotta do our due diligents. Customer Service should be near or at the top of the list. That's where these forums shine... real experience and knowledge from real people. I can't think of anything worse than receiving a defective gun and being sent to the abyss of contacting the manufacture to solve my problem.. "I didn't buy it from the manufacturer.. I bought it from YOU !! " Send me a brand new functioning gun and an RMA to return this one or send me a full refund including my shipping cost and the afore mentioned RMA. Actually IMO this should be a law. It leaves the door open for legal scamming.
