New Omega 75 setup help.

Hey everyone,
Just received my omega tank. Only ever used hand pumps so I could use some help with setup.

I ask for those that know about this specific model.

1. Is the jubilee valve only hand tight?
2. Is fill line only hand tight?
3. Any lube or Teflon on threads?
4. Any other advice is appreciated.
