New Omega Comp on the way, time has stopped...

UPS is supposed to be here today with my Omega Super Charger.

Hitting refresh on the tracking screen like a lab rat mashing that lever for another food pellet has thus far not sped up the delivery.

In fact, I'm pretty sure at this point that the UPS truck has taken note of my eagerness and detoured onto a longer route just to mess with my head.

It's cruel of them.

Want. My. Toy. Now!

 
Snowfall here this morning. Just waiting on a $160 scope though ( it does have a pre-charged attached to it ). I can see a HWY and watch 25+ of those Brown trucks drive by everyday..................... until I order something.
I went with the altros deal, no matter how you get there having air at home is great!

Double UPS failure today, as two scheduled deliveries failed to show up. They are claiming "Operating conditions", whatever that is. There's no weather, no bridges out, no rational excuses that I can think of. Both packages scanned into town prior to the weekend even. They just screwed up and I'm left in the cold. I will contact both shippers (AOA and Precision) to advise that they are due refunds for the service failures. 
 
Well, the unit showed up a day late. UPS has been good to me for years, but not this time. Packaging destroyed. The image below shows the entire bottom end of the box missing. Internal cushioning missing. You're looking at the bottom of a Supercharger which is standing on its head in the hollow shell of what's left of the packaging. I refused to accept the delivery, of course, and its on the way back to Precision. 

About Precision: They couldn't possibly be better people to work with. They were very pro-active, calling me to check on the delivery even before I could call them, and had a replacement unit on the way within minutes (literally) from the time UPS left my front porch. I'm very impressed and will definitely be doing business with them again.
