NEW or Custom FT Air Rifles

I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce my new custom FT air rifle. If you have one share it over here so that we can all learn from your setup. Tell us what it is and how does it shoot. 

The air rifle shown below is a Tau Brno MK300. But I have done a lot of work on it to suit my ergonomics. The original air rifle looks nothing like this. I put this together for WFTF. So far it shoots very well and it is very comfortable to shoot. Have not taken it to a match yet as I have been working on it for the last 5 months.

The blue one is my current rig. The green one is in the pipes. All I can say about the gun is that if you don't knock down the target, it's your fault.

Well I'll jump on the Thomas Train with John and tell you about my Thomas FT Carbine. Mines setup for Open Class FT shooting 13.4 monsters at 19ft lbs. I've owned this rifle for 3 years now and has never given me a problem. This machine will consistently shoot 1/4"-3/8" 5 shot groups at 50 yds off the bumbag. I recently sent it to Jason Neal to have it checked over,resealed and.the regulator rebuilt and Jason said this about it. " ..a real 50 yard aspirin assassin with the Beasts you included. No joke, this ~1/4" (0.5 MoA) was the first attempt at grouping after the rebuild.

A great rifle quality made by a real perfectionist Mike Niksch. Now getting one of his rifles is even faster due to his new dealers/tuner network.

Would any of you like to comment on the scopes you are using? As far as what you have done to customize then to match your rifles.

On mine the wheel is a Garima of custom size. It has an aluminum hub on scope and wheel with magnets. The pointer is from an former ft shooter. Wheeler folding scope level. Sightron SIII 10-50x60 scope.

Fanciest gun I have is a bone stock four year old BSA Mk2 in .177 topped with a Hawke Sidewinder and a JDS aluminum wheel.

Dave no need for feeling embarrassed. That's a great setup you have. Always be proud and own the moments you have with it! JD did my wheel too so it matched my rifle too.

Nothing wrong with sharing springers. This is a Walther LGU. I made a a bunch of changes to it. The best one was ti make an end of muscle de-resonator / tuner. At 25 yards 0.19" 5 shot group and at 50 yards 0.29" five shot group. All from a bag rest. Really happy with it.

Yes it's a 22mm from Tony, purchased from him about 2 years ago now. I've personally made 5 or so 22mm guns that were made by me using raw materials. Two have the HW pistol parachute seal, but the rest have a seal I purchased from Tony in them.
