You do realize this forum is a place to ask questions while researching things?

And YouTube isn’t any better about having 200 differing opinions.

Let the poor guy ask his questions without being told he shouldn’t have bothered.

I didn’t tell him not too I told him it will probably not be of much help which I kind of doubt it was as there are always 10000 suggestions with minimal reason to jump. However my apologies as I should have typed it won’t be much help in itself. So you take suggestions from here to YouTube for further research and more in depth review. However thank you for telling me what to do. You have a great day !

I have family who lived in freehold and Red Bank forever. Just this last year they moved to Charlotte, NC, Spartanburg, SC, and here in Buford GA. They're amazed at what you get for the single family home prices they're accustomed to. I've been up there, the gas thing blew my mind and property prices as well.
