This is a regulated Semi Auto. These are supposed to be all the rage, as in, great guns...but this brand new M40 has a problem with the trigger. When you pull the trigger, it does not reset. I don't recall if the semi auto goes to the next shot if you manulay pull the trigger back. I'm sure it's easily fixable. Sold as is. New in the box.
