New single mount

I had never seen a Picatinny mount anything like this, I had to have it. So far so good it has performed as good as anything I ever used.

The flip open feature is new to me, maybe it's been done before, I don't know. The design seems to solve several problems associated with

conventional mounts. IMO.

I'll try and answer multiple questions.

I found it on eBay looking for pic mounts with an on board level. It came from a company in China, despite the logo, it took about 2 weeks to get here. I think it was about $30.00 bucks or so. It came with adapters for a 1 inch tube. It has screw knobs on the other side. Levers would have been better. I seems well made and finished. The level is a little hard to see but it works.

I shoot single shot and have not tried a mag. I'll update you tomorrow.

These are knocks offs of the M10 mounts by American Rifle Co. that makes the Mausingfield. I don't know about these ones but the originals are very nice, rock solid but expensive at around $200. A few guys use them on their PRS rifles at the range where we shoot and absolutely love them.

With the new scope mount installed, my POI was only about an inch high and to the right at forty yards. I was surprised how close it was. a few adjustments and I was back in business. I'm assuming it canted.

The magazine will not fit with this model rifle.

Looks interesting. I looked on eBay and AliExpress and have seen them on both. Seems like they come in black and FDE. Also, all the ones I saw have the built in level, plus they have a 20 MOA slope built in. I also saw one just like it, but instead of 1"/30MM, it was 30mm/35mm, and 30 MOA slope. I think I'll buy one just to check it out, they are about $22 at both web sites if you look around.
