New Slug press in market

Sorry to say, a lot of these guys need to come correct. This Whatsapp and Instagram stuff just doesn't cut it. Get a REAL location and REAL service. What's the point in getting a physical address that has nothing to do with manufacturing or service? Props to Corbin, they been around for years. Yea their stuff may take a while to get, but at least they are legit.

Gotta start somewhere, Harley-Davidson started in a garage and they've now been around for over 100 years...kinda fizzling out now but they had a good run

I gotta say I've been watching the Precision Slug Press and kinda impressed. They have a cool die for more aerodynamic slugs as well as what you'd expect in regular slugs.

I’m not sure why there is a picture of the atp’s in the post. The slugs produced by swaging will typically have a rebated boat tail due to the nature of swaging. The ones in the actual video have a rebate.

Not really an issue, just wondering why the picture of the atp’s.

Yeah, but if they end up like Thor, how will you get replacements down the road.
find a local guy to copy the die design I guess. I actually found a local guy in a big shop that says he can do it for my ThorPress and copy their die. 1st one would be pricey because he'd have to copy the design on the Thor Press die then downsize it to the size I need, .3055, but any others wouldn't be so much.

Still risky. Your in a pinch so I get it. I'm staying clear of these China presses.

I'm probably gonna go with GMI and their Freedom Press. They have a pretty good rep already and are US based. Not too much of a hurry but I do want another press when I get a 22 cal. Tried out another weight and shooting awesome...52gr and under 1" at 100 yards

This is a comparison between the precision mold press, the Thormold press, and one of the other presses.

The Thormold press looks so tiny next to the Precision Press.

I recently bought a newly created Pocket Press from

GraphicMan Innovations. He told me he just made his own press, and I will like it. Without showing me any pictures or videos of it.

I took his words for it like an idiot, and now I regretted it big time. He called his new press "Pocket Press." I was

thinking it would be like Thormold Press, but I was dead wrong. When I received his pocket press, I was very disappointed.

It looks like a TOY! He even said it himself: "Look like a toy, right?" It was very cheaply made and very filmy.

No matter what I told him, he would still say his press is very good! I was very unhappy with my order,

but I know I won't be able to get my money back. I paid him a total of

$915 for it with shipping. Shipping was $85 for this very small light weight Press.

I feel like I just got scammed. At this point, I just called it a loss and move on.

The four holes he drilled out is very close to the corner and very small. I have to get 4 small screws to mount it.

The holes are so far out it doesn't mount well and cracked the wood.

Here are some pictures of the pocket press and a video of it. You'll be the judge.

Does this so called Pocket Press worth $900???

I talk to Precision MOLD Press. He showed me all his improvement designs. I was very impressed.

His punch is 2 in 1. You can just flip it over, and it will make a different base. He added a spring

to his needle that will auto-reset the needle which all the other presses didn't do. I will be ordering a precision mold press

from him pretty soon. I got a few videos of the precision mold press that I want to share.

Hope ya'll enjoy it like I did. ;)
