New Steyr airgun prototypes

Hello guys,

This is my first post.

I got this flyer with my new Steyr LP50. I also mailed them about these new products and they confirmed they are really working hard on them, but they are still in the prototype phase. The website does not show anything, so this is the only information I have got.

I wonder what the weight is on the Air10?

Not a great idea using 11mm dovetail on the back of the action instead of just putting the pic rail all the way back.
Yeah, not the greatest idea. But, they are still prototypes and there could be still changed alot. Knowing Steyr, it would probably not be crap.

Oh I gotta say Steyr is a favorite brand of mine - Love my LP5, LGB1, and ProX.

I'm most interested in the 16J AIR10 but my ProX is heavy and I don't want a heavy gun this time. Probably go 17 vs 22 as well.

As the locals would say " kein zweifel, unbedingt der 10 schuss version kaufen "
No doubt the 10 shot version is the one to buy.

Not me though, 10 is way too few shots for a SA able rifle
Keep in mind, the five shot you could probably use in a field target match with an one shot mag. The 5 shot version, looks like it is based on the Hunting 5, which has different mag options. The 10 shot version, looks like it is based on the pro x, which does not have any mag options.

Too bad they're out of my budget. I'd love the semi auto bullpup they have.
They are an investment. My friend has an Steyr pcp rifle from the 90s and it still works flaweless. I believe he serviced it a few years back for the first time and bought a new cilinder for it. But other than that, they don't need much maitenance. Also, the service is exceptional from Steyr.

I agree with the quality of Steyr. I sold both of mine when I got tired of faulty compressors and abandoned PCPs. I. had an Auto-5 Scout and an LP50HP. Both were superb airguns.
I kept my ProX10 but sold my LP50 Hp, Hunting SA5 and my HFT 110… Steyr’s are the finest! I don’t consider my ProX 10 heavy?
