New Steyr LG 110 Regulator

Hi,
I am a proud owner of Steyr LG 110 FT version! Unfortunately, the regulator is begining to perform bad lately and needs to be replaced. When I leave the rifle even for a short period of time without using it, it takes me about 10-15 shots to get it to the right velocity. Anyway, I must buy a new regulator, but I don't know how and where. I've tried pilkguns.com, and I believe all the European retailers, like Benke, Mundilar, Euroshooting but still no response from any of them. Do you know, where I can find spare parts and a new regulator for my Steyr. It is a top-quality rifle and it's quite frustrating that I cannot find parts for it. I am relatively new to this forum and just recently got into the FT life here in the States and don't know anyone who could help me with the technical issues that might occur. Well, actually I know someone: David Slade - God bless him, a great gentleman and a flawless gunsmith and shooter as well, who helped me a lot with my Pro Target.
Thank you, guys! I will be very grateful for any advice that you could give me regarding the Steyr regulator!
 
If you are looking to replace the reg yourself it looks like Huma makes them for the Steyr LG series rifles.

Thank you, guys? I want to share some new info with you. Well, I managed to order a new Steyr regulator from mundilar.net. These guys are super helpful and most important, they answer your e-mails. They are an official Steyr's partner in Portugal and they can get you anything you want for the Steyr air guns. The only downside is that the delivery usually takes 6-8 weeks.

I would recommend that you guys should try to find a regulator tester for the Steyr regulator. I was able to acquire one used, so I don't know of a source to get one new. I would think David Slade would be more helpful with that.
As for my video, that really wasn't a proper rebuild, at that time I made the video, I did not have a tester in my possession. What I DID do in that video, was just take the two housing halfs apart, and cleaned the internal parts. I did NOT mess with the velocity adjustment, because I didn't have a tester, and was afraid I wouldn't get to the PSI output I needed.
Don't be afraid to get a tester, and service it on your own. It's a simple process, a LOT easier than you think. You just have to have a little patience and finesse on reassembly.
I plan on doing an entire video in the fall on a proper and complete rebuild of the Steyr regulator.
Again, don't be afraid, it's one of the easiest regulators to work on, and as I said, not difficult

You may not need a new regulator at all, just replace and lube the O-rings. It's very common to get regulator creep when seals go bad, pressurizing the plenum higher than the reg's setpoint, and causing partial valve lock.

I just serviced regulators in two of my pcp's for the first time. It's a matter of getting the right o-rings in hand, along with some swabs and silicone grease like Super Lube. Very satisfying to DIY. You might want to get a nylon pick for difficult o-rings or improvise one with a paper clip.

While you have the reg apart, you can polish the o-ring seating surfaces and Belleville washers with a little Flitz or Simichrome.

That's kinda what I did on the cleaning video I did on the Steyr regulator. I didn't use any polishing compound on the Bellview washers, as I didn't want to take even a minute amount of material off, possibly altering the output PS I. Being at the time of the video I didn't have a reg tester. I did use 90% alcohol to clean all the internal parts, and I did use an ultra high quality, low abrasive polishing compound on the face of the piston. A very small amount of silicone grease was put on the o rings, and reassembled. It worked well after this, as I got a decent amount of crud out of the regulator. This is also the importance of a well filtered air source.
