Couldn't resist picking one of these up after reading so many good things. It's my new favorite rifle.



Thought I was becoming a foreward mounted side-lever snob and that I would have to "live" with the rear mounted lever. This sweet little Taipan cured me of that right away! It's a joy to shoot and absolutely addicting.



She was running at around 895FPS (32 FPE) with 18's when I got her and with that setting I was seeing about 40 shots from 250-120 BAR. After installing the speed dialer I backed things down to 865PFS & (30FPE) which brought the shot count up to a solid 50. Nice!

I can.

It was mine. I lightly sanded the top of the raised part to ID the start/finish of the magazine cycle. I think I only did one mag.

I visited R&L a month ago after a successful prairie dog hunt in Fort Lupton Colorado with your .22 and just HAD to have a mutant .25. Randy graciously worked me a deal.

I found it favored the 15.89’s the best.
