It’s actually 5 shots but after I got it zeroed I covered the 8 shots that I made getting it into the zero, the other shots are from a different gun and time and the shroud does make it a bit more enjoyable to shoot, definitely need to get something on the 45 now.
The 90 ci tank I had with me has been acting up the last few times out, it wount fill sometimes and the vent leaks so it’s hard keeping a steady pressure in the gun but what I found out is the 127gr slugs like the pressure between 2700 2800 psi and that’s where my 90 ci tank kept it until it started to get low, it started to rain so I packed it up and went home.
Tomorrow if I feel ok I’ll be taking my 74cf tank and Regman regulator out with me and I’ll set it up tetherd at around 2800 psi I go from there, I’ll put up new targets and see how those 127gr do at 75 yards and 100 yards plus I will also try the 170gr bullets I got and see how they work but right now I’m liking the 127gr bullets but I know there are more to tryout, need to get some NSA 140gr and 178gr and try them also, lighter for target and small game and heavier ones for bigger critters like yotes.
Anyway I’m having fun with the Texan 357.
