New to PCP

So, finally decided to try a PCP and bought a Hatsan Flash QE. Been trying to get it running for the last two weeks. I have a Four Uncles pump with a QD on the hose, and an Air Venturi adapter for the filling probe on the gun. The QD leaks badly though everything looks ok as far as 'O' rings. I think the tolerances are just too far off for a good seal. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to get some pressure in this gun? I'd like to find an adapter that fits the 1/8"BSPP threads on the probe and thread into the filter housing on the hose...get rid of the QD completely. Are the threads on the China manufactured inline filter NPT or 10M*1?

the China pump are usually 10mm x 1, but do what nervoustrig said, it may save some $ and headache,
note; lube the probe o-rings with silicone oil and also make sure the guns air drain valve screw is snug, you will have to cock the gun before filling too, to set the poppet seal, I have had several of these guns and they all needed this done, If you can, see if anyone you know or in your area has a SCBA tank or SCUBA tank to start the initial fill, this helps getting the poppet sealed, then afterward you can use a hand pump or compressor, some times using a small buddy bottle can get the job done too, you can fill a buddy bottle with a hand pump.
