I've called Pyramyd, and they say that is normal on the Gauntlet. Obviously - once pressurized it should be tight - still not sure air won't leak with it - but we'll see.

At least when they 1st came out dealers informed (and all over the forums) that indeed the bottle will be loose untill aired up. Line it up just where you want it, fill & shoot. No issue there.

Lord have mercy - hope this is the last item...
Put drop or two of oil on bottle o-ring, and on probe tip and cocked a couple times to work it in.
I understood Gauntlet 1 was max of 3000psi - but gauge on rifle shows green to 4500psi. Someone install the wrong gauge? I've only filled it to 3000psi at this point
