Airgun Technologies New Uragan 2

Been trying different slugs since I received my new Uragan 2 from Tony about 2 months ago. Moved back to 100 yards today and was amazed. First 5 slugs were 1 hole, reloaded and scattered 4 but still MOA. Griffin 38 grain dish base, .250 dia. Fun

Mine is a 600 .22 and really likes ZAN 25.5 in .218 when pushed at 1000-1005fps (77joules). Hole on hole at 50m. At 100m its a laser also, but I'm not yet a good Shooter to take advantage of it. Just received 4 boxes of ZANs to practice.

But I had to try several slugs to find the correct ones. Other ones might as well use a shotgun! Eheheh
What reg pressure you running on those? I got my eyes on a 600mm aswell

I'm not really sure, I would guess around 130. I havent got a reg tester and havent really made a full speed test to see when it falls off the reg. I just made changes to the reg 3x until I achieved the speed I wanted.
Thanks, my plans were to shoot max 25 grain slugs in .22 cal. Do you have an extra moderator attached? How loud is it with the factory shroud?

I'm choosing to 600 because if I need to add a moderator its not super long.

The stock shroud is great no need for a mod. I bought a Falx high flow mod and made no difference on my .25 I don’t use it.

I would suggest getting the 700mm for slugs as you wouldn’t need a mod and is tuned hotter than the 600mm.

I know the 700mm comes tuned to shoot 25 grains at 975 or so in 22 cal.

But I want to be sure I dont have to add a moderator to it, since adding a moderator on a 700 it will make it quite long. I prefer then a 600mm and a moderator but it seems the standard shroud does already some good work.

The max is 25 grain, I'm not going higher in weight because of safety.
