Hatsan Newbee bought a Hatsan Blitz BP 0.30

My first posting in this asylum
Recently bought a new Blitz BP and ordered a low budget Vitoptics 1-6x24 LOVP
Today i did a small paintjob on the plastics, now gunmetal-grey, later to change in bronze.
first cleaned and scraped al sharp edges of the plastic parts, plastic primer and motip grey spraycans used.
It appeared to me that the tapered screws Hatsan used in the shoulderpiece plasic, were crooked and worn by overtightening, so
i still have to change that. Anyway, put it together and looks fine to me.

Looks great, first photo I have seen of the bullpup version. I have a .22 Blitz and it is a beast dimensionally. Not only big, it's heavy too!

I really liked the concept but I've been through 2 of the standard versions of them. They don't seem to last with semi and automatic fire the internal mechanisms seem to wear out. The BP looks so much better though

I'm finding mine to be great. Way too easy to feed more than one pellet, easy to poke em back out. So far I am only in a couple cans of CPHP's but no defects to report, and the trigger has become a little better too. All the online gloom and doom is not proving to be at all accurate at least with regard to mine and about 1000 rounds.
