This weekend, I upgraded from a Benjamin Marauder to a first generation FX Crown. A deal too good to pass up, really. I wasn't looking to buy but the local airgun store had a barely used FX for a song. I sang, and took it home with me.
I'm usually an indoor range shooter but there's a local outdoor range that I visit now and again. Looking forward to seeing what I and the FX can do once I get it sighted in and get familiar with it.
All in all, I'm pretty new to airguns but have been a shooter all my life. I grew up in rural Virginia with a "shootin' tree" and my dad's old Remington 550. I still have that Remington which is now 70 years old.
