FX Newbie here-just purchased my first air rifle: Fx Panthera Hunter Compact .25 cal

I have some basic questions regarding correct pressure of gun etc plus tuning.

I paid for scope level, mount and zero up to 35 yds. It is extremely accurate. It came with Reg pressure around 135 Bar. I read in the manual to never let the canister pressure get below the Reg pressure. That being said, I've shot roughly 15-20 rounds through it and the main pressure is super close to Reg pressure now. I believe max reg pressure is around 180 Bar.

My equipment:
Fx Panthera Hunter Compact .25cal
.25 JSB King pellet 25.4gr
300cc carbon fiber fill bottle

Here's my question: with this set up, should I be able to get more shots out of this bottle? Or is this about right with this size bottle, pellet caliber/grain and pressure settings? If I turn the Reg pressure down to around 110, should my accuracy drop much? Or should I just leave it as is, and understand I need to fill it roughly every 1.5 mags. I guess I can always get the next size up bottle too, the 580cc bottle.

I don't have that particular gun but compacts with 300cc bottle slinging .25 grain pellets don't usually equate with high shot counts.
Yes, dropping pressure from 135 bar to 110 will drastically change a lot regarding your rifle.

Congratulations on your new rifle! First, regulator pressure is different from the bottle pressure. You should see two gauges and each one is for a different purpose.
The regulator pressure is for each shot while the overall pressure is for what’s in the bottle. Fill your bottle to @250bar and your shot count will improve.
I would leave the rifle as is for now and just get to know it and understand it before making any adjustments.

How fast are the King's going? Being a first time PCP owner, I think I would try to leave it alone and shoot it for a bit and in the meantime read up on what others have experienced. I know them knobs are awful tempting. Just ask my wife when I drive her car with all them push buttons.

do you have any task for the rifle in mind ? That would have a lot to do with how you would tune it . BUT i agree with those that say to just shoot it for a while , like at least 4 or 5 tins of pellets don't think of slugs before you think of doing any adjusting . Seriously , let the rifle settle in .

Great advice y'all! I'm gonna keep enjoying it! I honestly can't believe how accurate this is. Guys, I'm coming from a Red Ryder pump action ok, I literally did not know these types of guns existed. It was like someone said, "welcome to adulthood, let's put the baby pellet gun down now and let's show you what an adult pellet gun looks like" lol.

I love it so far. I'm learning tons. Appreciate the tips. Will enjoy for a good while shooting. I will not mess with knobs! lol.

Main purposes are fun target shooting and some varmint/bird control.

that makes a lot of sense. For now I'll keep at it, down the road if it gets real annoying, I'll consider moving to the 480cc bottle.

You should really get one. They're a must have in this game especially if you're going to be touching any of the settings, which you're going to want/need to do eventually. Congrats on the new toy!

Chronograph can tell you if you messed things up or made them better by changing settings.

This is what FX claims . 6,35 (.25) 45 shots with 25.39gr pellet at 880 fps . I would get a chrony and tune it to 880 fps if you want more shots. It would seem like the factory setting would be at 880 fps. I hope FX starts test firing their airguns before shipping .

If you buy from the smaller shops they will check your airgun out test fire it or tune them to your preference . And print you out a short string.
