Hello Everyone,
I have decided to run down the PCP rabbit hole with everyone else. Soon to be first PCP owner, ordered my Zelos .25 from deguns.net $466.00. Reason i like to tinker and test so wanted the option to add things, test pellets and slugs. Will be shooting paper and metal targets and a few farm varmints. Went with the Donny FL YOKOZUNA moderator. Where is everyone finding the best place to get .25 pellets and slugs from? Also probably going to add a bottle, already reading and making a parts list. Gonna be fun either way. In advance, I Thank You all that will read my cries for help one day.

Welcome to the best rabbit hole on earth!! haha Sounds like you'll be right at home here. Endless source of great people with incredible knowledge who are all willing to share. For starters, you might want to check out Trenier airguns for some pellets. They have good prices and similar to Pyramyd Air, they pack pellets very well. Pellets damaged in transport is way too common.

Depends on which brands of pellet you're looking for, I haven't found a single vendor who sells all of them. And then there is who has the kinds you want in stock.

My favorite sources for pellets are Trenier, The Pellet Shop, and Pyramyd. I've also had good luck with Airguns of Arizona and Utah Airguns but I'm on the east coast and I rarely want to wait a full week.

I have bought pellets from Midway and Amazon and both are grossly incompetent to ship airgun pellets. The couple times I've done that I received my tins bouncing around loosely in a much bigger box with dents all over the tins. While it feels convenient to tack pellets onto an order I might already have going with those two, I have learned the reality is much much different.

Most of my pellet orders go to Pyramyd but I order from others, especially if I only want one tin for testing. That includes Amazon if their price shipped is a little lower. They do not pack well and the tin usually arrives dented but the pellets have been OK for me. I would test at least H&N Baracuda (about 31 grain) and 25.4 and 34 grain JSB or FX pellets. JSB makes the FX pellets and in my guns they shoot about the same. I think it's worth testing both 34 grain but my P35-25 (also made by SPA) prefers the mkii.

Pyramid has a H&N assortment but it is mostly "hunting pellets". I think it was Airgun Megastore where I saw a JSB assortment. If you shoot pretty consistently you can determine if your gun likes a pellet with only a few groups.

I like the H@N 33 gr pellets out of my 22 Advenger! also 25 Gr Slugs! Pyramid so much more in stock! Thank you!

First Born delivered today!! Added Yokozuna moderator. Waiting other items to show up so i can start shooting and tuning. Gotta see the numbers across the chronograph.:) Also Thanks to DEGuns for fast shipping, ordered Sunday evening arrived today at 2:00!

Great choice with the inexpensive Zelos!
All you really need are an inexpesive scope, some common JSB pellets, and maybe an optional bottle, and your done!
Keep it simple!
My .25 shoots great, and is very accurate!

Thanks to everyone for the leads on ammo. I received some today from the Pellet Shop, they know how to package stuff and fast shipping!! Waiting on others from your recommendations. Several recommendations for Pyramid Air but so far having a troubling ordering experience with them, have to see how it plays out. Waiting arrival of scope, mounts and air compressor, should be delivered in next day or so.
