Hello everyone. I’m new to the forum. Iv shot break barrels for years but recently purchased an air Venturi avenger in .25 very pleased with the pcp world so far .

Very nice first pic for a PCP. The avenger seems to have quite a following, lots of mods for it out there and if modding isn't your thing, you'll have a pretty good base to learn what you like and what to look for on your next gun. As you might already know, the air source is the critical thing to PCP shooting. Lots more options now then even a couple of years ago. Look up Bill from Target Forge on youtube in case you are not as savvy on the air compressor thing. lots of great info out there..

Hi Goose, welcome to AGN., well tell us about it. Why did u pick the 25cal ? Have u shot it yet ? What do u think of the trigger? The stippling looks grippy and ample. What brands and calibers of break barrels have shot? The AGN wants to know ,lol

I’ve ran abt 500 through it . The trigger is sweet on it out of the box . I stained the stippling a darker color for appearance, kinda looks like inlay . I have 4 others gamo silent cat .177 gamo swarm hornet .22 gamo bone collector.22 & black ops in .22

It looks nice. I'm looking at another PCP so I can have 1 in .177. I have 2 in 22cal. Then I got a HW 50 ( a break barrel springer ) in .177. I got to see what .177 is like in a PCP. So I'm looking around. The rabbit hole HogKiller speaks of ?It's not that bad. I went with the Yong heng too. Make sure to have both the bleed valve and the moisture valve(?) open before u start it and before you turn it off.

I’m looking at a Seneca dragon claw 50cal. Just trying to justify the money . It’s a lot for just deer hunting

I recently impulse bought one. Not sure if I'm going to hold onto it. I can't hunt deer in PA with it. It's probably too much for my yard even though I have 2 acres.
