Correct Answer: 4 - The 2nd airgun store specializes in fine pens and shaving supplies

I only just happened to stumble across this dealer while searching for info on the Brocock G6. At first, I came across a listing in the Phoenix Backpage (http://http://phoenix.backpage.com/SportsEquipForSale/699-new-brocock-contour-g6-22-caliber-air-rifle-g6-and-beech/31898158). I then searched on the dealer's name which is Penchetta Pen & Knife. Completely took me by surprise, I'm guessing it will do the same for you.

Without further adieu, I introduce Penchetta Pen & Knife:
Penchetta Pen & Knife is now a stocking dealer for some of the finest air guns in the WORLD! Tired of ordering off the internet, now local customers can come in and see some really great air rifles. It's clear they are a small store trying to expand into e-commerce. That's not fishy, it's small business trying to evolve. The home page of their online storefront has a "pardon our dust" announcement:

As I said in the OP, I only just happened upon them this evening. I plan on driving up to visit their store tomorrow. I'll provide a status update soon after.

BTW, their non-e commerce website is http://penchetta.com/.

Penchetta is only a reseller so the rifle would have to be sent to AOA to be repaired under warranty. I meant to go visit them this afternoon but didn't have the time. They are way up in North Scottsdale about an hours drive from where I live. AOA is only 15 minutes. Anyhow, I noticed the price difference as well. When all is said and done, I'd end up spending that in gas just to get there and back LOL.

This place is real, and the owner, and staff are great people. Tony doesn’t shoot half bad either!

He is a major competitor in the Phoenix area and makes it to all major events. They have a nice cozy supply of quality equipment, and accessories. He may not have a whizbang website, so don’t let that scare you away. Good people doing good business. This is one of the best resources in the state for quality knives, and I mean quality. That’s how the business started… Oh and pens too.
Sometimes if you can’t find airgun items that other retailers may not carry, these guys just might. Worth a look or a call for sure
