I keep singing their praises. I sent an email early one morning to inquire about something out of stock. I got a swift response from Timothy Nielsen stating that they had some of what I needed and gave me a prorated rate. Then Kaylie Nielsen invoiced me and my ordered was processed and shipped by midday. I recieved it in 7 days with a holiday weekend in between the order date and delivery date. My order was packaged well and I'm satisfied. I haven't carefully inspected the contents and really don't feel the need to rush to do so. My order was packaged very securely and cushioned adequately. Additionally, with enough positive past experiences with NSA I'm very confident that things are in order. If they are not, I will edit this post. I am also impressed with their response times and high level of customer service. It's not just Nick, but other members of the Nielsen family work with a similar ethic showing their customers that they are valued.
