Well, then thats the problem....I dont have one in that groove at all. Nor is there a spare in the kit....like you have lots of o-rings. I put an o-ring on the stem and see how it goes. Thanks again.

I just pulled my parts bag, and I tossed the broken one in there to save for reference. It's a 1x5mm. A 1x4mm will work as well.Well, then thats the problem....I dont have one in that groove at all. I apologize those were outer diameter measurements. A 2.5x1mm or 3x1mm will do.Well, then thats the problem....I dont have one in that groove at all. Nor is there a spare in the kit....like you have lots of o-rings. I put an o-ring on the stem and see how it goes. Thanks again.
Any luck finding a regulator? If so, how difficult is it to install?Yes, mine is shooting GREAT! Very tight groups. I can shoot two clips without getting through the curve. Basically, shot 20 drops dramatically. mine is a 25, so it may be a bit different on that front. I am seriously considering buying another one. I like to tinker. In fact, that is what I like most about this hobby. So I may see what one of these does when the air has more space to go through...open it up a bit. Then...maybe a regulator. Just thinking. Keep one stock, though.
Yes. I used the Huma regulator. It worked very well. Take care not to fill thhrough the stock fill port and only use the fill port on the regulator. I wasnt paying attention and filled through the stock fill port, broke the regulator and had to order a rebuild kit. After that i removed and plugged the stock fill. I no longer own the Ozark....but it did very well with a regulator.Any luck finding a regulator? If so, how difficult is it to install?
Which oring kit did you get! Got my Ozark TW .22 this Christmas. Haven't shot it much yet. Will mainly use it for linking and target shooting. I contacted Donny Fl later and they mailed me the lighter hammer spring. Waived the cost of the spring but I paid a very small shipping fee. I plann to shoot an 18 gr pellet between 850 and 875 fps. Am hoping the lighter spring will give more shot count in the curve. After reading your comments I'm wondering if I should leave it stock. Your thoughts???? Are there even any videos out there? I'm pretty tech savvy. Have replaced hammer spring and firing pin in both my AEA CHALLENGER PRO .22 and my FX wildcat mk3 and all the internal orings in my Air venturi avenge x. 22.Oh, you shot it out the barrel when it broke. That O-ring slides back and forth under the transfer port I do believe. Just need one that fits snug. My spares bag had one. However, I'm on my third one. I got it from an O-ring kit from Amazon. Seems to be working just fine. If I could remember which one I used I'd tell you the size right now. Otherwise, I'd have to tear mine down.
i have a niksan ozark w .25 cal with a 6-24x44 ffp discovery optics hd scope and v10 bipod shooting AEA center punch 25.3g . shot 1-20 890/ 894 fps with a max spread of 4 fps and a std div of .666 fps @ somewhere around 44-45 ft/lbs. a very consistent gun as my wife says this gun is a diamond in the ruffLooks like it belongs on that mantel , nice looking rig .

Well, not a lot of variables for design of a wood stock pellet gun with a bottle. It probably looks like several guns of that type. The NIksan Ozark W looks a lot like the old Benjamin Kratos with slightly different wood.

I have more than a few of those regulators. Taught myself a lot about Belleville washers. But I learned they are not the most stable regulator. Tended to drift quite a bit over time. Mostly use Huben Power regulators nowdays. My Ozark S .22 has the Cricket Max-ATH. Which kind of shoots down all the money saved buying the NiksanI have an Ozark S .22 cal
I installed a cheap $18 Aliexpress regulator and an adapter (https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805962732413.html) on mine.
Overall the Ozark is fine with 2 significant issues to me:
I made my own shroud and used a 1/2-20 baffle screwed on the barrel.
- shroud is not working (no air gets in)
There is a small plate under the trigger which will expose 2 small trigger springs.
- trigger is not adjustable
I replaced those 2 springs with lighter ones.
I used the lighter spring which was included in the box since I asked for it when I bought the air gun.
The heavy spring gives you an abruptly descending shot string with 1 mag of useable shots.
This is my current tune.
Pellet: Norma domed 17.6 grains
Pressure: 4000 PSI to 2500 PSI
Velocity: 847-855 FPS
Shots: 102 shots (8 mags x 12 shots + 6 shots)
6 more shots (off regulator) dropped down to 837 FPS.
Mods
Hammer spring preload: 3 full turns from flush (almost at the max)
Regulator around 175 bar (2450 PSI - 2500 PSI)
Transfer port adjuster open to max.
I realize that the Huben regulators are great, but they cost $100+.I have more than a few of those regulators. Taught myself a lot about Belleville washers. Escalade with the dual bottle I don't believe can be regulated.
As I said, own a few I modified.I realize that the Huben regulators are great, but they cost $100+.
I can buy a cheap regulator (less than $20) and add shims to get to the pressure I want, which is what I did for the Ozark regulator.
so much for my super consistent gun just chrono'd it again and its got a super fast sweet spot and it does this for 3 to 4 mpore shots then drops back to theOzark S .22
Escalade S .25
Was just shooting the Escalade last evening. 45 yards less than 1/2 diameter hole.
The Ozark is my grab and go squirrel gun. Likes those heavy 25.4gr pellets.
Both are accurate and work well right out of the box.
Niksan and Reximex are the most gun per dollar. Under $400 for a 25 cal dual bottle rig. Reximex Throne 2 has most of the features of a $2,000+ gun for under $700.
What type regulator?so much for my super consistent gun just chrono'd it again and its got a super fast sweet spot and it does this for 3 to 4 mpore shots then drops back to the
