Ninja 90 EZ PCP Fill station leaking through Hose

Bought new this year. Filled leshiy classic maybe 10 times no issue. Figured id get a top off today and when i grabbed it to take it to store it was reading zero. Last fill if was still in 210 bar range. I thought i may have had knob turn in bag after last fill. Filled to around 300 bar today by time i got home it seemed to stabilize around 250 bar. 2 hours later i fill leshiy to 242 bar. Clear line. Hear a faint sound of air coming out fill line with knob turned all the way off. Air wont stop coming out very slowly. Can hear air coming through reg. Less than 3000psi in 30 minutes. What should i do?

I assume you turned the knob tight and made no difference. (have to ask, I did tech support for years and you'd be surprised)

I'm not familiar with the EZ fill, but sure sounds like a torn O-Ring. Before you do anything, give Ninja a call. I talked to them last week about my regulator (older version, the Gold 3000 PSI and 90 CI tank). They recommended calling PBSPORTS.com and asking for Kyle (no, I have not contacted him yet, but he is the recommended party). Might still be under warranty.

If you want to fix it yourself (I've replace sooooo many o-rings, it's getting to be second nature), A little soapy water might tell you where the leak is coming from. The most common leak in my experience is around the stem under the knob. There is one in there that the stem turns against and it tends to wear pretty quickly. I've replaced at least 3 in the past few years.

These things happen. No biggie, just part of the game.
