Ninja Airtanks - Great Customer Service

So I just wanted to put a note out there so others can know what great customer service looks like.

I bought a 90 ci Ninja PCP tank off eBay. Came with the EZ Fill valve which is basically an unregulated slow fill valve that works great for filling all my guns. I had it filled once by a scuba shop as it arrived empty. They didn't fill it all the way to 4500, in fact, it was about 3400 psi when it cooled down. I then decided I was buying myself a compressor since I had 2 of these 90 ci tanks and an SCBA tank and didn't want to depend on scuba shop and couldn't really find a paintball shop that would do it in my area.

Well, when I got the compressor broken in, tested, and a few small issues fixed (thanks again @Centercut) I grabbed the small tank first to test out the compressor. As soon as I twisted the valve to make sure it was off, it started emptying all its air. Nothing I could do to stop it. I let it empty and figure I did something to it. I then connected it to the compressor and nothing.. air went in and came back out.

I called Ninja and talked to one of the guys there. He was awesome. After apologizing for my issue, he gave me 2 choices, one was to send it into them for warranty work which they said was perfectly fine. The second was to walk me through what was likely the issue and he had seen it before. I pulled out a jam nut and removed a spring with a ball bearing behind it, looked in the hole, and there was a small piece of metal shaving right at the hole going up. I used a skewer to remove it, blew it out, and hooked it back up after reassembly. It filled perfectly.

Thanks for the great service. I do love dealing with companies that have someone like that at the other end of a phone line when I need them.
