No brand china compresor first experience

Hi lads. Recently I purchased a aliexpress pcp compresor for 90 bucks on a super commy Tianmen offer, why I purchased it? because I saw the exact same device in Amazon, branded as Tuxing, but at much more price.

(This is the Amazon one, the aliexpress one is exactly the same but without letters and engraving)

Well, I start filling my GK1 with it, I already know and asumed that the thing can only go up to 4500PSI/300bar, and GK1 fills up to 5000PSI/350bar, but I don't really care that much, I just wanted to shoot the gun without having to manually pump it.

I wrongly assumed that the thing, as the manual say it, will stop at his max pressure that is far below the pistol max, and i go doing other things... when suddenly, the TV showed something about ***†** -Are you really trusting a chinese crap?- Oh boy... what I am doing! I inmediatelly ran to the compresor to see with horror the indicator at 5200PSI. I turned of the compresor, bleed the valve and shoot the excees of pressure out of my GK1.

Now I'm confused. I'm partially happy because the stupid thing can actually fill to the max GK1 pressure, but at the same time I'm concerned about it. Should I use the compresor that far beyond his max rated pressure? does anyone have experiences with this exact compresor branded as Tuxing?

I may work on some sort of safe encapsulation enviorment for if the thing decides to go Allahu Akbar on me, because it's obvious that I must be there when this is filling things.

**** Leave the political stuff outside AGN ****

That's what the burst disks are for. When filling a tank I have 2 other safety devices. The burst disk on the tank and another on the compressor. Is it full proof no, but the odds that all three fail at the same time is very small. When filling a gun that's a different story and risk assessment. More so if the gun cannot fill to 4500 psi or 300 BAR.

I personally wouldn’t run it past its rating. That is just going to shorten the life span. Also wouldn’t leave it un attended. Great pump…I love it. The Chinese are great labelers. I love the aea compressor I saw on YouTube with the on/off labeled no off. Just bought a trimmer off amazon for man…..not men 😂😂

I’m a trusting person. I’ll use equipment as designed.
as I said before , I Shall run it unattended if I choose.
what’s the worst that can happen? You don’t have an
extra burst disc ? Besides if the compressor exploded
the’res not much compressed volume in the unit. Now if
tank ruptured that might be a little more exciting . But
again , burst disc.

Isn't Tuxing a chinese producer?

I think, most china compressor use the same china industrial parts and are manufactured in factorys which produce the same thing for a lot of brands.

btw i think Tuxing is underrated for the price they sell. I own a shoebox compressor from them and up to now it runs great. Maybe its a question if the chinese which put the parts together had a good day, tight the screws correctly, did clean the parts before implating them in the unit and so on....

If not, the product doesn't last long....

Sure is Chinese. They must have warehouse storage in Kalifornia for tanks at least..
for the price of a non Chinese compressor you could get five 042 twin cylinder Tuxings .
I don’t expect any problems but if it happens It looks like Every part is available in their store .
Gx cs4i same thing.
