Hello, I am new here, And new to Airguns. I recently bought a Matador R5M and I love it. However I do not know how to fill the gun. I never thought that I would have to be taught because it looked so straightforward. However I really feel bad bothering the guy who sold me the gun Because he was extremely helpful one of the nicest guys I ever met. And I hate to inconvenience him. I would appreciate if you could check out my video and see if I am doing something wrong or if possibly the gun might need a repair.

Start at 6:05 it's where he tells you how to fill it . You should just spin the dust cover until you see the port opening slide the probe in and add air to 250 bar

Hey sir, well, I don't know what to say. I uploaded it to my Samsung cloud to share the video. Perhaps I can upload it to another site like Google cloud and it won't cause problems. Thanks for trying.

I wanted to let you know that I did find a solution The threading on one of the connections needed some fastape thank you for offering you assistance sir! Gun is filling now without issue.
