norconia 3-9x40

I rwcently ourchesed a rifle with norconia 3-9x40 scope I maxed it to the right and it still shouts left. The gun shots perferc on open sights any odeas how to fix the scope problem.

Well, I would guess that it's either the scope mounts are damaged, or the scope itself is defective, or the barrel is bent to the left. Inspect the scope rings and if there is any damage to them or to the dovetail mount. Try a different set of rings. Try this scope on another rifle or a different scope (that works) on this one. Visually inspect the barrel and its bore if you can see that it's bent. Use a boresighter to confirm POI and scope alignment. Many things can be wrong, need debugging.
