Just a thumbs up to Northeast Airguns. I placed an order for pellets, but they shipped 22 cal instead of the 25 cal that I ordered. I sent them an email last night, and they immediately sent out the correct pellets with a tracking number, and provided a free shipping label to return the others.

Excellent customer service.

I can second this. Unfortunately I've had a few screw ups on orders as well, but John always responds quickly and makes it right. Good prices and fast shipping too!
