That's a Ukraine made Taipan Veteran that had the stock changed to the newer laminate stock.

3D printed "Cocking indicator" as well 3D printed "Barrel Covers" & "Magazines" are all after market.
The laminate stock could very well be original IMO ...

It is an early production Vet still having the UKRAINE in lieu of later Czech Republic marking.
