Umarex Notos fiddling

I posted on here a while ago about the availability of an extra sear for the Notos so I could do some serious trigger work, and was directed to airgunarcheryfun, and sure enough, he had one (probably the only one left from the tone of the email), but it arrived quickly and I just didn't have time to fiddle with it. Well, today, I started taking some angle measurements and doing the honing work that needed done. The good news is the sear and the hammer ridge are HARD, so wear will not be a problem. It took some work, and a few experiments, but I was able to get a darn nice trigger, crisp as any I have and pretty darn light, with a positive 1st stage stop. It really is a fantastic trigger. I would rekon it's just under a pound and breaks with the slightest pressure on the second stage.

It's probably been said a lot, but my Notos is crazy accurate. I had a 4-12X Airmax on it, but it seemed too large, so I put a 2-7X Airmax on and it took exactly 3 shots to get it sighted in and hit a 3/4" dot at 30 meters. I managed to sight in, and hit the dot 5 times with the 7 shot clip. Life was calling and, of course, I couldn't shoot more, but this gun is pretty amazing for a <$300 rifle.
