Good morning all,

My dad is at deaths door, I'll be indisposed of this weekend as decisions are made or he starts to recover, he is on the edge of either right now.

I will not be available to answer questions for a couple of days as my brain is scrambled and I don't want to make any mistakes.

Feel free to leave comments here, I will read them when I have time, if you are able, please send prayers, thoughts, well wishes or just a quick nod to Ray.

He is truly one of the few men I have ever met that is a "good man".

When I arrived Friday, dad was fighting for his life. Today, he was sitting in a chair and eating dinner!

Resilient, stubborn, tenacious, whatever he is, he is a fighter and he is on the mend. Long term? We dont know but we will roll with it when it comes.

Today we are in a holding pattern again. We pray he turns for the better but he is at a crossroads today, if kidney function does not improve, he won't last long.

If his kidneys kick in, we may yet keep him around for the duration.
