Umarex Notos (stock) 20yd accuracy w/ 13.43gn pellets

13.43gn @ 783fps / 18fpe

Tried a bunch of different size pellets and slugs and the Notos seems to like the 13.43 gn.
Haven't gotten to the range to push them out further than 20 yards but will soon.

On the vid I stated they are moving over 800fps but I misspoke. They're moving @ 783 fps. Love this little pcp air rifle.

Not bad at all. I had very good results with baracuda match 5.52mm out if my notos. They were averaging 666 fps too, which makes them even more deadly!

They were quiet, laser accurate hammers out to 40. Off a rest They would give me a single ragged hole.

Dunno if you've tried those yet, but they're worth it to see.

Dropped this rabbit at 45-50 yards or so with the Cuda 21s. Hit exactly where I was aiming.

I tried the H&N Field Target Trophy 14.66gn which also did great but I'll have to try the Baracuda Match, thanks for the suggestion.

Well they didn't have the 21 grain in stock so I got the 18.13 grain barracuda. Was disappointed because they're putting out almost 15% more energy even though they're slower but I couldn't get them to group at all.

This is just at 20 yards and I kept getting flyers and even without the flyers they weren't as tight as the jsb in 13.43 grain. The circles are half inch circles to give you some reference.

The video is the last group I shot with 13.43 grain... video is horrible the camera does not fit on this scope correctly at all.

All groups were full mag (7rounds)

That sucks man. Now you have an excuse to buy another 22 cal airgun to see if it shoots the 18s!

Crazy how much group size can vary from one type of pellet to the next even when comparing to another rifle of the same make, model, and caliber air rifle. I don't know why I messed with the dope on the scope when I was shooting the h&n... I should have just shot for group size but got it back to zero for the 13.43gn and feel much better now shooting tight groups and centered by the third adjustment... Seven shot groups 20yds... My backyard dope

Have you tried the JSB 18.13s ?

they group very very well at that distance and thump.

i have some 13.43s im going to try. good shooting/groups !
