Umarex Notos the end: accuracy.

Not definitive as it is not off of a bench, but the top of a toolbox. My shop range is just 27 yards with a 9 power scope. Later I'll do 50yd with much better optics. Once again all shots at the same reg pressure of 148 bar. Same hammer spring setting. The velocities changed based on projectile weight alone. No changes to scope settings, one magazine, 7 shots each. This was to observe velocities and weed out what clearly would not work.

How are you gettig those high velocities ?

How are you gettig those high velocities ?
It is covered here in these posts.

I made an eleven gram hammer vs the fifteen gram I made and the 19 gram factory hammer. Added two coils to the spring, still substantially softer than factory.

With the hammer spring one turn out it delivered the following 28 shot string. Air Arms 16 gr pellets, just under 28 ft lbs. Initial testing had JTS 18.1's at 860 for almost 30 ft lbs but did not shoot a string yet.

have you shot any groups with it after you completed this work?

Is that a pellet hole way right of the otherwise tight Crosman group?
No it is not, just a depression I the cardboard.
I've come up with a couple more ideas so
I have purchased another Notos. Also bought an Avenger .22 barrel for it. We'll see how a similar build likes a few tweaks and more inches of barrel. After that, I'll build a .25.
I have all the bottle stuff but I'm sticking to the standard air reservoir....for now.
