NV007s reticle adjustment?

Hi folks.
Im setting up a new NV007s and I’m having trouble with the reticle adjustment (first item on the menu). The crosshair image on the Pard won’t center on my scope’s reticle center point. I can get it perfectly aligned with the vertical line, but it won’t go up to the horizontal line. The X and Y values don’t go any farther than 30. I know my scope is zeroed. Any idea how I can get this to adjust properly? Thanks!
Mike

Digitally zoom-in the 007S to ×3.5 (all the way out) and try and align the crosshairs vertically and horizontally. Then you can take it back out to 1x and it should be aligned. I had the same problem until I zoomed all the way out! I just added an Eaglevision scope holder and had to realign to each scope when I switch rifles. A small pain but worth being able to easily use the Pard on more than one rifle at a time to save buying more Pards! LOL!

Ahh, that makes sense. I’ll give that a try. Thank you!

OK, I've attached a video clip and a photo. I'm not sure if this shows you what you're looking for, though (forgive the shakiness). My scope was set on the lowest zoom setting (3x) while I went through the digital zooming with the Pard.

Also, I did try what Pfddi suggested above. I thought I had the reticle adjusted dead center a couple of days ago, but when I tried his suggestion I noticed the crosshair was once again below the horizontal line. I couldn't get it centered again. I also have to work on getting the scope's reticle level...
