Tried a search...NOTHING. Anyone have the size, hardness, or source for adjust screw o-rings?
Thanks for help.
Thanks for help.
An FYI about reseal kits-the FX branded kit for my Royale I bought from Utah Air did not include either the outer or inner regulator seals, Not sure about other kits.Hi,
You should go to the FX Sweden website and under the Support heading you can download the parts diagram for any FX rifle as well as all the o-rings and their sizes. You can also go on the internet and find complete o-ring kits for any FX rifle from Ebay. Both of these items help when playing with the indsides of your rifle.
To answer your original question those o-rings are 2x1 NBR 90. They pretty much need to be cut to get them off. To put new ones on I found the AMP regulator kit from Bagnal and Kirkwood (UK supplier online) that has the Sub12Airgunners (You Tube Channel) "witches hat" makes getting the o-rings on doable. Without the "witches hat I had no success just trying to roll them on. NBR 90 is a very stiff material.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Greg

They don't even list them or show them in this diagram....I had a replacement reg adjuster. Just don't need a 100 O-Rings. Seems to be the only way to order.Dunno what rifle you are working on but I think all the AMP series regs have the same orings. Here is a Wildcat diagram with oring sizes listed by FX.
Oops sorry here is another diagram that shows FX spec for those orings. A25 in the parts list. @Scotty1 already posted the specs but if you want to see it directly from the horses mouth the FX parts diagrams are nice to have handy. A pack of 100 is probably one a few bucks, even if you have to pay for shipping Im telling you right now it would be much more if you bought 2 from an FX retailer. They normally charge like $5-10USD for each oring plus shipping. They don't even list them or show them in this diagram....I had a replacement reg adjuster. Just don't need a 100 O-Rings. If you're going to order those you might as well get the others needed if you pull the regulator out for a rebuild. Very cheap and you'll have a lifetime supply. There's the one that's just inside the regulator body, that seals the piston shaft to the ID of the regulator body, 10X4 I think. It also fits the piston itself. Then the PITA one down in the body of the action that seals the external of the regulator body against the action. If needed I can find the size of each.Tried a search...NOTHING. Thank You! Been looking for this diagram. I have had my FX Impact and Wildcat apart before and reassembled . Both airguns are working fantastic.Oops sorry here is another diagram that shows FX spec for those orings.
