Some guys like poly...some guys don't.
My question is.... if a platform is robust... how important is Oring type?
I ask that question based on this video.
I just use what fits, most of my kits are nitrile but I do have green and red poly kits too. To be honest have not had any issues with the poly. Plus the colors tell me where I've worked.

I had a nitrile oring blow out last night on my Evanix Sniper X2. That was the oring between the gun & the regulator. But that interface took an 18mm bonded seal shim at the base to get the regulator to seal. Threads on the gun were too long for the regulator. Unregulated gun, so those threads expect to screw into a bottle.

I grease my orings rather than oil them which probably helps long term.
