Tuning Oiling an HW97 or RWS54 ?

I have been searching the web and cant find this. Break barrels are easy. On an R9. Break the barrel, 2 0r 3 drops of chamber oil in the chamber. Cock uncock a few times. Repeat in a few hours. Start shooting.

But how do you oil the chamber on an HW97 or a RWS54? I am pretty sure you cannot uncock them either.

I prefer not to have to dis assemble an air rifle to oil the chamber. There must be a way with these 2 rifles.

No problem, you do not oil the chamber, you only put a little oil on the breaking points,,,,never put oil in the chamber, only on parts that Rub....a Little oil goes a long ways.....

Dis-assemble to lube??? NO WAY...Look at the 97...you see the the silver thing that opens so you can put a pellet in....just put a Little oil on it.....put a pellet in it and shoot it.....

The tolerances are not tight enough to worry about all that....just put a little light grease or oil on places the rub.....look at a manual....

I use A great fishing reel oil on my guns..if it is good enough for my reels it is good enough for my guns........
