Results OKC Gun Club Monthly Field Target Results 8/16/20

Hey shooters we had another great day at our shoot. Weather was just a tad hot but bearable. 18 air gun shooters blazing away at 48 targets in 12 lanes. 10 lanes in the forest, 2 open prairie. With a total of 48 points we had 2 shooters bag an honest 45, Mike M and Rick C., good work guys.
I think we only had a couple of problems with targets which I think is great, but as always we will strive for perfection.

Our next match will be Sept 19th,2020. Same as last shoot unless we e-mail some changes. 9AM start

Us local shooters would like to extend our appreciation to you fellas who travel from out of town, we enjoy having you join us.

It looks like a great turn out. Though I must point out you need some wftf and open shooters to round things out

The guys from the Owasso area had a blast! and a super turnout for a club event!! I know there were at least 2 to 3 guys from the Tulsa/Owasso area couldn't make it. If I understood correctly, a couple of locals had previous commitments and if a couple of guys from the Dallas area were to come up, (wink wink) this could have turned into a 25 gun match! 

As a non member but a regular attendee, the OKC club really does have a nice facility to shoot at. This is their first full year and it's growing and going fast. It's shared with the Archery Club and currently not even half of the available lanes are being used. You are shooting in shade about 80% of the time. The area is wooded with well cut lanes. There's indoor working restrooms and a large parking area.

If you are going to be in the OKC area on the 3rd Saturday and have a need to shoot some FT, then stop on by and enjoy the fun!!

Anyone happen to know what model gamo Charles was shooting? I’ve been considering beefing up my CFR for FT or buying another ACCU to mod to the hilt for fun. Poor guy scored 2.

Nice pictures. What is OKC and where is it? I guess out west. Did everyone shoot in the Hunter Division? The score sheet did not say but the pictures all seemed to be guys shooting Hunter Division.

It was a Gamo swarm and I believe it was his first time to shoot it at differing ranges.

OKC stands for Oklahoma City and we were all Hunter class. We have had a couple open shooters, but none this month.
